Stock Yard Supervisor

About the role

R&A Commercial Vehicles is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Stock Yard Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Kapar facility. You will ensure smooth handling, storage, and dispatch of vehicles and parts in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all activities within the stock yard, including receiving, storing, and releasing inventory.
• Monitor yard safety, enforce compliance with company policies, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Track inventory movements, update records, and report any discrepancies to management.
• Lead a team of yard staff, schedule shifts, and provide on‑the‑job guidance.
• Collaborate with logistics, transport, and production teams to meet delivery schedules.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication in English and basic knowledge of local regulations.
