About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Golden Heart Care Centre in Alor Setar. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a supportive environment where fresh graduates can develop their nursing career.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a general medical and surgical setting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies safely.
• Perform wound care and assist with basic procedures.
• Document nursing activities accurately in patient records.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification with a valid Malaysian nursing license.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and pursue continuous professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a caring team.
