Sr. Associate, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to support its Taiwan affiliate’s warehouse and distribution functions from its Selangor office. The role involves handling system transactions, preparing reports, managing digital files and communicating with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Traditional Chinese.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize supporting documents and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and payment transactions in a timely manner.
• Gather digital files from stakeholders and archive them in designated folders.
• Execute SAP SD transaction exports and convert the data into standard reports.
• Combine data from multiple sources to produce statistical and analytical reports.
• Draft and send rule‑based email communications with accurate attachments to internal and external parties.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in Traditional Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) and proficient in Business English.
• Minimum three years of experience using SAP SD.
• At least three years of experience in importation and warehousing, preferably with a 3PL environment.
