About the role

The Sr. Associate, Warehouse & Distribution Operations supports Alcon's warehouse and distribution functions by handling administrative and operational tasks. The role ensures that system transactions, reporting, document management, and stakeholder communications are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

Collect and organize supporting files, process PR/PO/payment transactions in SAP.
Gather digital files from internal and external stakeholders and archive them in designated folders.
Run SAP transaction exports and convert them into standardized reports.
Combine data from multiple sources to produce statistical and analytical reports.
Facilitate email communication with stakeholders, ensuring correct message content and attachments.

Required profile

College degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience using the SAP SD module.
At least 3 years of experience in importation and warehousing.
Proficiency in General Business English (reading, writing, speaking).
