Sr Associate I, Customer Service Support (Return Administrator – Japanese Speaker)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a detail‑oriented Returns Administrator who is fluent in Japanese and English. You will be responsible for processing customer returns and credit memos in SAP, ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Enter return data and issue credit memos in SAP after verifying inspection results, quantities and pricing.
• Handle quality‑related complaints by reviewing defect information from QA and processing the appropriate returns.
• Escalate any exception cases that fall outside standard procedures to the designated approval workflow.
• Maintain organized records of RMA forms, return slips, credit memos and approvals for audit readiness.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Business‑level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken, written, reading).
• Strong communication, observation and multitasking abilities.
• Patience with challenging cases, excellent prioritisation and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work on Japan business hours.
