Sr. Associate I, Complaints (Korean Speaker)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I to manage quality technical and adverse event complaints for its eye‑care devices and OTC products. The role requires fluent Korean and English to interact with customers, healthcare professionals and internal teams, ensuring accurate case handling and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure regional complaint handling complies with local and international regulations.
• Receive, triage and document complaints from all sources, capturing complete data at point of contact.
• Maintain and update complaint records in designated safety systems.
• Perform intake, follow‑up, data entry and attach source documents within required timelines.
• Conduct reconciliation activities for customer‑oriented programs.
• Handle calls related to quality complaints, adverse events, refunds, replacements and credit requests.
• Arrange product returns, replacements and shipping of samples for analysis.
• Close files according to guidelines and report safety trends to management.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in ophthalmology, science or another healthcare discipline.
• Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).
