About the role

We are looking for an ambitious specialist to join a fast‑growing skincare brand with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. The role combines talent acquisition, key‑opinion‑leader (KOL) marketing and business development activities to support the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate KOL marketing initiatives, including identification and engagement of relevant influencers.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying partnership opportunities and assisting in market outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment, marketing and sales strategies.

Required profile

  • Ambitious professional with a proactive attitude.
  • Experience or strong interest in talent acquisition, KOL marketing and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
