Specialist – Meeting Compliance & Disclosure (Japanese)

About the role

The Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Specialist ensures that transparency reporting aligns with company policies and local regulations. Reporting to the Global Meeting Compliance & Disclosure Manager, the role supports indirect transfer of value activities across global markets and works within the Business Process Excellence area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data reconciliation between source systems (Comet, Veeva) and reporting tools (Medispend) to guarantee accurate transparency reports.
• Communicate validation results and compliance requirements to business units and provide training to data stewards.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs related to transparency reporting, identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance and other stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure alignment on reporting practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, finance or business administration.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (read, write, speak); Mandarin/Korean a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a geographically dispersed team.

Required skills

• Intermediate MS Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP (Expense Management, PO, Payment Portal), Veeva, CVENT, Appian, ServiceNow.
• Lean Six Sigma, UI Path automation, Macro development.
