Specialist Analyst – Order to Cash & Credit Risk

About the role

The Specialist Analyst – Order to Cash supports the Business Services Centers by managing customer master data and credit risk across SAP systems. The role ensures data integrity, supports credit reviews, and collaborates with business and IT teams to align data governance with financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute changes to SAP customer master data, credit management data and related records.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across key systems, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing controls.
• Perform credit assessments, review and adjust customer credit limits, and address ad‑hoc credit risk issues.
• Support data governance activities, ensure compliance with master data standards, and assist with audit readiness.
• Collaborate with functional owners, business, and IT teams to align data rules with operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑4 years experience in SAP Customer Master Data Management; credit risk experience preferred.
• Experience in a shared services or global business services environment is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) at business level.
