Solar Sales Executive

About the role

The Solar Sales Executive will drive the acquisition of new residential and commercial solar customers for CIR SOLAR. Working remotely, you will promote the company’s solar solutions, generate leads and close sales to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective customers through cold‑calling, networking and digital outreach.
• Present solar product offerings, conduct virtual consultations and prepare customised proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and ensure smooth hand‑over to the installation team.
• Maintain a pipeline in the CRM system and achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Provide after‑sales support and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and meet performance targets.
• Basic understanding of solar technology and market trends is advantageous.
