About the role

The Software Sales Team Lead / Manager will drive the sales of business‑solution software products, leading a high‑performing team to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for software business solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue and report performance to senior management.
• Build and nurture relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to align offerings with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software or technology sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
