Site Manager

About the role

The Site Manager will lead daily operations on a construction site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.
• Track project progress against timelines and budgets, reporting any variances to senior management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, permits, and inspection records.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction sites, preferably in a similar supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and budgeting.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
