Simulator Support Engineer

About the role

The Simulator Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of simulation equipment used by Airbus Helicopters. This permanent position involves on‑site maintenance, upgrades, and management of complex repair projects for both internal assets and customer aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and on‑site replacement of failed simulator units.
• Manage maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities, including embodiment of upgrades on external customer aircraft.
• Oversee recovery, storage, delivery, and lease‑management processes linked to company asset management.
• Lead major and complex repair projects, covering incidental and fleet‑wide repairs.
• Coordinate LPC (Logistics Production Control) for company production.
• Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, acting with integrity.

Required profile

• Professional experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or technical support.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and asset management.
• Ability to manage projects and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
