About the role
As a Shift Leader for CNC production at HPMT, you will supervise the manufacturing floor during your shift, ensuring smooth operation of CNC machinery and meeting production targets. You will coordinate the team, uphold safety standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the CNC production team throughout the shift
- Monitor machine performance and address any issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with planning and maintenance to meet production schedules
- Manage shift schedules and attendance
- Report production metrics and suggest efficiency improvements
- Promote skill development and training among team members
Required profile
- Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes
- Strong focus on workplace safety
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site
- Effective communication and coordination skills
