Senior/Lead Atlassian Specialist

About the role

You will be responsible for supporting the operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Atlassian Cloud Enterprise platform for large‑scale fintech projects. The role combines technical administration with stakeholder engagement to ensure the platform delivers maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Atlassian Cloud services (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) to meet project requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents, and implement enhancements.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Atlassian tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for scalability and security.

Required profile

• Several years of experience managing Atlassian Cloud environments in enterprise settings.
• Proven track record in fintech or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
