About the role

The Senior Manager, Warehouse will lead the Warehouse and Logistics team in Johor, overseeing both strategic and tactical planning to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior leadership and is responsible for aligning warehouse activities with overall business objectives. The position offers a platform to influence warehouse strategy within a leading electronics distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse and logistics functions.

• Supervise the Warehouse and Logistics team to maintain high performance and compliance.
• Maintain day‑to‑day operational standards and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with transport partners to streamline inbound and outbound shipments.
