Senior Specialist – Meeting Services Support (Vietnamese)

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Meeting Services Support provides subject‑matter expertise and day‑to‑day operational support for meeting and event services across assigned markets, ensuring compliant and efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned markets, meeting types and processes, providing day‑to‑day operational support and technical guidance.
• Coordinate workload priorities during peak periods, month‑end, quarter‑end, transitions, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Review complex cases, recommend resolution paths and support end‑to‑end delivery of meeting administration, HCP/HCO account maintenance, agreement preparation, purchase order activities, payment and expense support, meeting reconciliation and event closure.
• Lead resolution of complex operational, compliance, vendor, payment and reconciliation issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and track corrective actions.
• Monitor service indicators such as volumes, turnaround time, service‑level achievement, quality and aging cases, and prepare performance updates for governance calls.
• Support process transitions, knowledge transfer, hyper‑care, documentation updates and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in meeting services, event administration or related operational support.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex cases and coordinate with compliance, finance and procurement teams.
