Senior Specialist, Meeting Services Support (Thai Speaker)

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Meeting Services Support provides day‑to‑day operational expertise for meeting and event services across assigned markets. This role ensures compliant, efficient delivery of meeting administration, finance, and vendor processes while supporting stakeholders and governance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational subject‑matter expert for assigned markets, meeting types, processes, systems, or service areas.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support and technical guidance to team members, coordinating workload priorities during peak periods, month‑end, quarter‑end, transitions, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery of meeting and event administration, including HCP/HCO account maintenance, agreement preparation, purchase order activities, payment and expense support, meeting reconciliation and event closure.
• Coordinate resolution of complex operational, compliance, vendor, purchase order, payment, expense, reconciliation or event‑closure issues and manage escalations.
• Monitor service performance indicators, prepare operational insights, trends, risks and improvement recommendations for governance calls.
• Support process transitions, knowledge transfer, training, continuous‑improvement initiatives and adoption of digital tools.
