Senior Specialist, Meeting Services Support – Mandarin Speaker

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Meeting Services Support provides subject‑matter expertise and day‑to‑day operational support for meeting and event services across assigned markets. The role ensures consistent, compliant execution of meeting processes, coordinates complex cases and escalations, and monitors service performance and risks. It works closely with Meeting Owners, Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality meeting administration.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the operational SME for assigned markets, meeting types, processes and systems, providing technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate workload priorities during peak periods, month‑end, quarter‑end, transitions, go‑live and hypercare phases.
• Review complex cases, recommend resolution paths, and support end‑to‑end delivery of meeting administration, HCP/HCO account maintenance, agreement preparation, purchase order activities and expense support.
• Identify incomplete information, operational dependencies, system issues and service risks that could affect timely delivery.
• Support and coordinate resolution of escalated operational, compliance, vendor, payment and reconciliation issues, conducting root‑cause analysis and tracking corrective actions.
• Monitor service indicators such as volumes, turnaround times, service‑level achievement, quality and aging cases, and prepare operational insights for service reviews.
• Facilitate governance calls by preparing agendas, performance updates, escalation summaries and risk highlights, and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed up.
• Support process transitions, knowledge transfer, training, hypercare, stabilization and continuous‑improvement initiatives, promoting adoption of digital tools and automation opportunities.
