Senior Specialist – Acceptance & Merchant Solutions (Southeast Asia)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to join its Customer Solutions Center in Malaysia. The role focuses on accelerating acceptance and merchant cloud services across Southeast Asia, with a special emphasis on bill‑payment verticals and under‑penetrated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance of bill‑payment and under‑penetrated verticals, track KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.
• Support the execution of Mastercard’s bill‑payment and vertical growth strategy across the region, especially in Malaysia.
• Collaborate with acquirers, payment facilitators, transit operators and regulators to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor transaction volumes, gateway and merchant cloud revenue, and highlight potential risks.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities.
• Solid understanding of digital payments, acceptance ecosystems and merchant cloud services.
• Ability to translate granular data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working with strategic partners such as acquirers and payment facilitators.
