Senior Sales Executive – Distribution (2 positions)

About the role

We are looking for two dynamic Senior Sales Executives to lead our distribution channel for petrochemical products in Malaysia. The role combines strategic account management, new market acquisition and close collaboration with the marketing team to boost sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support petrochemical sales growth across the Malaysian market.
• Manage existing customer relationships while identifying and targeting high‑potential new customers.
• Drive business development and marketing activities for distribution channels.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply‑chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales, preferably within petrochemical, chemical or related industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage customers, develop new business opportunities and work independently.
