Senior QC Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior QC Executive to lead quality control activities at our manufacturing facility in Semenyih. The role focuses on preventing product non‑conformities, ensuring safety, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, record and manage non‑conformities across production lines.
• Initiate and monitor corrective actions and product holds to mitigate risks.
• Oversee foreign‑body detection procedures, including metal detection equipment operation.
• Conduct regular metal detection tests and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot quality‑related issues and provide root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve quality processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality control or assurance within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong understanding of non‑conformity management and corrective action processes.
• Ability to work independently on-site and lead quality initiatives.

Required skills

• Metal detection equipment operation.
