Senior Project Manager – Digital Labs Events

About the role

Mastercard’s Digital Labs team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of its events worldwide. You will coordinate venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management and post‑event reconciliation, ensuring each event runs smoothly and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record new meeting requests on the MC Portal.
• Create RFPs, source hotels and compile venue comparison reports.
• Negotiate venue contracts and manage hotel room bookings for the Digital Labs team across multiple cities.
• Coordinate catering, external vendors and third‑party supplier payments.
• Perform event reconciliation, close‑out in the system and P‑Card reconciliation.
• Research cost‑effective venue alternatives and analyse monthly event volume and workload.
• Provide administrative support such as training, handling queries, and organising team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in event planning, venue negotiation and vendor management.
• Comfort working with internal stakeholders and external partners.
