Senior Program Manager, CM Product Launch

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead CM product launch initiatives at Lumentum’s Penang site. The role focuses on guiding new product introductions with contract manufacturing partners from early planning through production ramp‑up, within a fast‑paced, innovative AI‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute new product introductions with contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless transition from design to production ramp.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation throughout the launch lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on technical and commercial requirements.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in product launch or contract manufacturing.
• Strong ability to operate in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering complex programs.
