About the role

Belton Technology, a well‑established multinational electronic component manufacturer, is looking for a Senior NPI and CQE Manager to be based in Bandar Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The position is full‑time and on‑site, with the employee expected to be stationed in Thailand to lead new‑product introduction (NPI) and continuous quality engineering (CQE) activities within the PCBA and SMT manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
Hands‑on experience with PCBA and SMT processes.
Willingness to be stationed in Thailand.
