Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our training courses. This role combines strategic marketing insight with hands‑on sales activities, including door‑to‑door visits, phone calls, and messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for training programmes through field visits, calls and digital outreach.
• Present course offerings, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales performance against targets and report progress to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently on the field.
• Ability to manage a pipeline of prospects and meet monthly targets.
