About the role
The Senior Manager, People & Culture will act as the primary HR leader and operational gatekeeper for Delivery Hero’s Malaysia Shared Services Centre. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full‑time hybrid position supports a fast‑growing, dynamic environment and helps embed a people‑first, collaborative culture across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and initiatives across the shared services centre, aligning people practices with business objectives.
- Serve as the operational gatekeeper, ensuring HR processes are efficient and support the fast‑moving environment.
- Champion a people‑first and collaborative culture, fostering engagement and teamwork.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, development, retention and overall people experience.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in human resources leadership.
- Strong understanding of HR operations within a shared‑services or multi‑business context.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment and work effectively in a hybrid setting.
