Senior Manager, Investment Business Management

About the role

The Manager, Investment Business Management will support the Head of Investment Business Management in overseeing investment administration for both in‑house and externally managed portfolios. The role ensures smooth operations, accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory and Shariah guidelines across Investment‑Linked and non‑Investment‑Linked products.

Key responsibilities

• Produce investment reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory, board and CIO reporting, and manage Shariah‑related reporting.
• Analyse investment performance, conduct attribution analysis, and support quarterly fund‑manager reviews.
• Maintain investment management tools (Pluto, Zeus, Themis, GIDW, PAMs), ensure data accuracy, and monitor investment limits in line with Zurich policy.
• Provide cross‑functional support for asset‑liability management, ESG reporting, cash planning, KYC due‑diligence, and vendor onboarding.

Required profile

• Degree holder or equivalent with a qualified accounting/financial background.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in investment analysis.
• Experience in the Islamic financial sector or insurance/takaful is a strong advantage.
• CFA or equivalent qualification is desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Zurich investment management tools such as Pluto, Zeus, Themis, GIDW and PAMs.
