Senior Manager - CEO’s Office

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to work directly with the CEO, driving business strategy, expansion initiatives and operational transformation. This high‑visibility, hands‑on position sits in the CEO’s Office and partners closely with senior leadership across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to define and execute strategic growth and expansion plans.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that improve operational efficiency and drive organisational change.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support decision‑making at the executive level.
• Coordinate with various business units to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Represent the CEO’s Office in internal and external stakeholder engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior management or strategy roles, preferably within a fast‑moving commercial environment.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
