Senior Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead process improvements and ensure reliable operation of critical manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with technicians, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, and act as a key technical resource in the maintenance department.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure technicians perform daily start‑up tasks consistently and safely.
• Maintain 5S standards and safety in the maintenance room, tool trolley, and work area.
• Focus on soldering, coating, milling and gluing process improvements.
• Conduct deep analysis of major breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions (PDCA, PSS).
• Transfer technical knowledge to technicians and support internal & external audits.
• Close DLR meetings related to equipment or machinery issues.
• Participate in BPS and TPM projects for continuous improvement.
• Lead TEF8.3 to implement LPA for specific maintenance requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of test systems, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Experience with electro‑mechanical control systems, quality tools, Poka‑Yoke, and TPM.
• Good communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team‑development capabilities.
• Self‑driven, analytical, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
