Senior Logistics Officer - Intralogistics

About the role

As a Senior Logistics Officer – Intralogistics you will oversee daily supermarket‑style operations, ensuring seamless material flow from warehouse to production. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain stock accuracy, drive continuous improvement, and support audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across assigned areas (FAM, ESM, PSM, SiiX, etc.).
• Manage headcount planning, manpower allocation and scheduling, highlighting gaps to management.
• Monitor KPIs, report deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Act as first‑level escalation point for operational, staffing, discipline and system issues.
• Ensure FIFO compliance, stock accuracy and adherence to SOP/WI.
• Support SAP‑related topics, digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training, knowledge sharing and mentor junior staff.
• Assist in internal and external audits, preparing documentation and ensuring audit‑ready processes.
• Contribute to the review and update of operational procedures and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Proactive, result‑oriented mindset with strong accountability.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Structured, detail‑oriented approach with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• SAP (experience preferred).
• FMEA methodology.
• Project management fundamentals.
