About the role

CHJ Motors is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead core HR functions. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, comprehensive HR operations, and strict statutory compliance while maintaining precise employee records.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for all staff.
Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with all statutory HR regulations.
Maintain and update employee records with high accuracy.
Provide timely HR support to employees and management.

Required profile
