About the role

Senior Finance Executive will join Sedania Innovator, a Bursa‑listed group with diversified businesses across technology, consumer products, manufacturing and FinTech. The role focuses on group consolidation, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) in a listed corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead group consolidation activities across the company’s business units.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with MFRS.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the Bursa‑listed group.
Coordinate with various business divisions to collect and validate financial data.
Support internal and external audit processes.

Required profile

Proven experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of MFRS compliance.
Background working within a Bursa‑listed or similarly regulated corporate environment.
