Senior Executive, Quality Assurance

About the role

Berjaya Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Executive to lead its Quality Assurance function across all stores, suppliers and operational sites. You will be responsible for safeguarding food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance in a fast‑moving coffee retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor quality assurance programs that meet local and international food safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits of stores, suppliers and internal processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyse quality data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, procurement and training, to embed quality standards.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or food safety within a retail or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing food and beverage products.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
