Senior Executive, Procurement (Marketing)

About the role

AirAsia MOVE is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Senior Executive, Procurement to support day-to-day procurement across marketing-related spend categories such as digital advertising, media buying, creative services, partnerships, PR, influencers and events. The role covers executing procurement requests, supporting vendor management and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement requests for marketing services aligned with campaign timelines and brand objectives
• Gather vendor quotes, prepare RFQs/RFPs and maintain documentation; support supplier evaluations and agency selection
• Work with Marketing, Brand, Growth and Content teams on campaign requirements and reporting on category spend and project status
• Support procurement policies, SOPs and SLAs, and help with contract review, approval tracking and vendor liaison
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate breaches of contractual obligations
• Track procurement KPIs (lead times, compliance, deliverables), maintain spend dashboards and report cost, cycle time and vendor performance to management
• Support supplier engagement, digital procurement tools and process improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field
• 2-3 years in procurement or supply chain, with at least 2 years in marketing or media procurement
• Familiarity with media, production, digital and influencer partnership categories
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Professional certification such as CIPS or CPM is an advantage

Required skills

• Procurement software and G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Preferred: ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite
• Preferred: experience in tech, digital or travel industries and sustainable procurement awareness
