About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join the Corporate Secretarial team of Genting Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. This position offers hands‑on exposure to secretarial and compliance functions within a large, diversified conglomerate operating both locally and overseas.

Key responsibilities

Perform day‑to‑day corporate secretarial duties, ensuring statutory compliance.
Support the preparation and filing of regulatory documents.
Assist in maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with local and overseas compliance requirements.

Required profile

Proven experience in corporate secretarial or compliance roles.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for a conglomerate environment.
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site, full‑time capacity.
