Senior Executive, Corporate Communications

About the role

The Senior Executive, Corporate Communications will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that support Perlis Inland Port’s business objectives and enhance its public image. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and act as the primary liaison between the Padang Besar office and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate communications strategy and execution for Perlis Inland Port.
• Act as primary liaison between the Perlis office and headquarters, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Oversee internal and external communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate media relations and handle crisis communication when needed.
• Develop content for corporate publications, social media, and the company website.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
