About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive on a contract basis to lead commercial activities within our construction and surveying projects in Puchong, Selangor. The role focuses on driving project success through effective cost control, contract administration, and strategic commercial management.

Key responsibilities

Manage project cost control processes to ensure budgets are met.
Oversee contract preparation, negotiation, and administration.
Develop and implement strategic commercial plans that support project objectives.

Required profile
