Senior Deal Desk Analyst

About the role

Sitecore is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to partner with sales teams in building and approving commercial offers. The role involves guiding pricing, contract terms and ensuring compliance with the company’s financial objectives while supporting a regional sales team in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to create commercial offers for strategic accounts.
• Review, approve or reject standard and non‑standard quotes in line with Sitecore’s Empowerment Rules.
• Coordinate with Sales Management, Legal, Finance, Product & Pricing, Services and Sales Operations to secure deal approvals.
• Provide rational arguments for deal decisions, maintain deal governance and enforce compliance.
• Manage order documents from draft to signature, handling commercial term negotiations and redlines.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements to scale the Deal Desk function.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a deal desk, finance or revenue role with strong SaaS background.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and accounting principles such as IFRS and US GAAP.
• Understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak financial periods.
