Senior Contract & Legal Manager

About the role

The Senior Contract & Legal Manager will provide comprehensive legal and contractual support across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and minimizing contractual risks for our construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to construction projects.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks throughout project phases.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and external counsel to resolve contractual issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on necessary adjustments to contracts.
• Support dispute resolution and claim management as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract and legal management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to work on‑site and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
