Senior Associate - Workforce Management

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Workforce Management team in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with clients to design and implement people and organisation strategies that improve workforce effectiveness, employee engagement and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic workforce planning and future‑of‑work assessments.
• Conduct people‑analytics projects to inform talent acquisition, development and retention.
• Design and optimise HR operating models and service‑delivery structures, including shared services and automation.
• Create employee‑experience solutions using design‑thinking approaches.
• Review HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and ensure compliance.
• Analyse recruitment, turnover and motivation data, and integrate people data with broader organisational datasets.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in workforce consulting, HR strategy or related advisory services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior client stakeholders.
• Motivation to develop expertise across strategic workforce planning, people analytics and HR operating models.
