Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing

About the role

Join PwC's Tax services Centre of Excellence in Kuala Lumpur as a Senior Associate in Transfer Pricing. You will work with a diverse team of tax professionals to help clients comply with Singapore and international transfer pricing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review transfer pricing analyses, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality work products.
• Apply transfer pricing concepts, methodologies and economic/financial knowledge to client situations.
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements, including risk‑management and project coordination.
• Support business development by identifying go‑to‑market opportunities for transfer pricing services.
• Contribute to team goals, technical up‑skilling and the adoption of new tools and technologies.
• Stay current with local and international transfer pricing developments and related economic trends.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree and/or professional accounting qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a transfer pricing role or consultancy, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Strong analytical ability, multitasking skills and the capacity to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive communication, personal drive and a keen willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of transfer pricing concepts and methodologies.
• Economic and financial analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency with standard research and analytical tools used in tax consulting.
