About the role
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Tax Compliance team within the Financial Services sector. You will support clients in meeting their tax obligations, ensuring accurate filings and providing strategic tax advice.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate income tax returns and other applicable taxes on time.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimise the company’s tax position.
- Provide advisory support on tax implications of transactions, mergers, acquisitions and new ventures.
- Prepare and review tax provision calculations for financial statements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on client tax positions.
- Collaborate with finance, legal and business units to align tax-related matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in tax compliance, preferably within financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex tax regulations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
