Senior Associate - Rewards

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Workforce Consulting team in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on designing and implementing reward strategies that align with client business objectives, supporting executive remuneration, and delivering data‑driven total‑reward solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and advise on reward strategies linked to client goals.
• Assist boards in shaping executive remuneration policies, considering governance and regulatory requirements.
• Benchmark directors’ fees and advise on appropriate peer groups.
• Provide compensation and benefits solutions, including market benchmarking for base salary, short‑term incentives (STI) and long‑term incentives (LTI).
• Design, review, and optimise STI and LTI programmes to drive performance.
• Utilise people analytics and data‑driven tools to enhance total‑reward effectiveness.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to team development.

Required profile

• Strong interest in reward strategy, executive compensation, and total‑reward design.
• Ability to analyse workforce trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
• Proactive mindset with comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
