Senior Associate – Learning & Development Consultant (Assurance)

About the role

The Learning & Development (L&D) team at PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to support the Assurance L&D agenda in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with business leaders and external providers to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that close skills gaps and drive professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members and business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs aligned with Assurance objectives.
• Assist in the design, implementation and delivery of innovative L&D programmes, including digital, blended and action‑learning formats.
• Manage end‑to‑end learning projects, coordinating internal and external providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions using analytics and technology, providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and reporting for L&D activities.
• Contribute process‑enhancement ideas to increase efficiency and impact.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, consulting, psychology, accounting or external audit.
• Proven project‑management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Understanding of adult‑learning theory, performance‑gap analysis and instructional design.
