Senior Associate – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Enablement Solutions

About the role

PwC Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Enablement Solutions team. You will work with clients to design, configure and deploy GRC platforms, ensuring alignment with their processes and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business‑analysis activities: conduct workshops, interviews and process walkthroughs to capture current GRC practices and translate them into functional specifications, user manuals and training materials.
• Configure GRC solutions such as Archer, ServiceNow and Workiva, perform unit testing, manage data migration and support deployment to test and production environments.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, develop change‑management plans and provide post‑go‑live support including issue resolution.
• Assist business development by preparing RFP responses, supporting marketing events and helping build strategic partnerships with solution providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance principles and related regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
