Senior Associate – Development Consultant (Assurance)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Learning and Development team within Internal Firm Services. In this role you will help design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that support the Assurance practice, ensuring they align with the firm’s strategy and future learning needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs.
• Design and develop traditional classroom, digital, blended and action‑learning programmes.
• Work with internal and external providers to create bespoke learning solutions.
• Deliver and facilitate learning sessions, with senior support as needed.
• Assess learning effectiveness using analytics and technology, providing data‑driven insights.
• Manage end‑to‑end learning projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, consulting, psychology or accounting.
• Strong project management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and understanding of adult learning theory.
• Experience in performance gap analysis, instructional design and evaluation.
