Senior Associate Consultant – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

The Senior Associate Consultant will lead engagement efforts for Infosys in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on business process consulting, quality assurance and deployment activities for banking and payments clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and anchor consulting engagements across multiple assignments.
• Drive problem definition, solution discovery and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Provide advisory support on test approaches, planning reviews and quality assurance.
• Anchor business pursuit initiatives and conduct client training.
• Build in‑house capabilities and shape value‑driven consulting solutions.
• Apply HPS PowerCARD testing for merchant acquiring and issuing.
• Understand credit/debit card business processes, switches and scheme providers.
• Work with POS, ATM, wallets and mobile banking solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and payment ecosystems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent customer interfacing and team management skills.
