Senior Analyst, Product Delivery

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Analyst to drive product delivery across its global payments ecosystem. The role focuses on preparing new solutions for market launch, supporting implementation pilots, and enabling adoption by customers, partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery‑readiness activities for new payment solutions and enhancements, including documentation, training and process setup.
• Create and maintain implementation artefacts such as guides, checklists and process documents.
• Develop and deliver training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate pilot implementations, track timelines, risks and dependencies, and capture learnings.
• Monitor project status, metrics, risks and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support troubleshooting of technical and operational issues during rollout.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge base and continuously improve delivery processes.

Required profile

• Background in financial services or payments with a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem.
• Experience with API integrations, SDKs and digital‑wallet environments.
• Familiarity with software development processes, cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business, technology and operations teams.
