Senior After‑Sales Service Engineer – Southeast Asia

About the role

We are looking for a Senior After‑Sales Service Engineer to support our rapidly expanding AIDC business across Southeast Asia. Based remotely in Selangor, you will provide expert after‑sales support for energy storage and AIDC solutions, travelling to customer sites throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote after‑sales service for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and AIDC equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, distributors and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Plan and execute service visits, ensuring at least 40 % travel across Southeast Asia.
• Maintain service documentation, reports and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes and product reliability.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in after‑sales service for energy storage systems.
• Preferable experience with AIDC after‑sales service in Malaysia or Thailand.
• Willingness to travel extensively (40 %+ of the time) across the region.
• Strong communication skills in English.
